Old Dog, New Tricks (GWTW378)

I think a lot about process. What are the steps I need to follow from start to finish in order to get the best quality creative product? What needs to be added, changed, or eliminated? How can I be more productive, efficient, and profitable? All great questions a business owner must ask, but somewhere deep inside the creative and curious me is revolting against the process-oriented status quo. What happens when your processes actually slow you down? What if the phrase, “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” isn’t really about the dog, but the processes the dog blindly follows every day to get the treat?
